Bess Insurance Changes Name ~ Insurance Academy

Right on April 27, 2020, an announcement was made regarding the change in the name and management structure of PT Bess Central Insurance. It was decided by the Board of Commissioners of the Financial Services Authority Number KEP-131/NB.11/2020 on March 31, 2020 regarding the change in the name of PT Bess Central Insurance to PT. Friends of Artha Protection Insurance.

The composition of the Board of Commissioners and Board of Directors was also announced based on the decision of the General Meeting of Shareholders (GMS) on December 4, 2019:
